Reasons and solutions for cracking of Gas stove control panel

1. The outer cover of the gas stove often spills over the pot, causing the spilled items to stick to the vent holes of the outer cover, preventing the flame from burning out.

Solution: Regularly clean the outer fire cover, and when cleaning the stove, there is no need to only wipe the control panel. For the residue and rust inside the igniter, it is necessary to solve it regularly.

2. The punching specifications of the kitchen countertop exceed those of the stove. Due to being too large, the area where the stove can withstand the load is not the metal shell, but rather the laminated glass control panel. The long-term suspension load is very likely to cause the stove board to crack.

Solution: It is necessary to first clarify the size of the stove, and then open the holes in the kitchen cabinet. As many holes as there are stoves, they should be opened.

3. The customer immediately places high-temperature items on the control panel, such as newly used stir fry pots, boiled water cups, and other items.

Solution: Remind customers to pay attention and prevent high-temperature issues from being immediately directed onto the laminated glass control panel.

4. The stove connector, natural gas pipe or other locations may leak steam, and the exposed vapor may burn, causing the stove to partially crack due to high temperature.

Solution: Regularly inspect the gas valve, maintain the natural gas socket regularly, and replace the pressure regulating valve of liquefied petroleum gas on time. The pipeline required for installation should be a metal corrugated pipe with stainless steel wire.

5. The arrangement of the cleaned igniter, also known as the outer flame cover, does not match the bottom end, resulting in long-term quenching of the igniter or the emergence of flames from the gap. That will not only affect the control panel to crack, but also easily deform the ignition divider.

Solution: After cleaning the outer fire cover, be sure to put it back in its original state without leaving any gaps between the outer fire cover and the base.

6. The continuous use time is too long, be sure to pay attention to it. Although the tempered laminated glass control panel of the stove can withstand heat above 800 ℃ through vertical and horizontal explosion-proof glass twice, if it is used for too long and the temperature of the control panel exceeds 300 ℃, the service life of the tempered laminated glass control panel will be greatly shortened.

7. Tempered laminated glass has a self dropping rate of 1.4%. But you don't have to worry about safety, the bottom of the glass control panel of the stove has a glass explosion-proof film, which is not easy to have safety risks.
